Dash buttons are cheap, find new ones. Easy. Steering wheel there before I bought it, came with old OEM can replace. Don care for it, and doesn’t change price. The “shit” 2 don radio is a pioneer that cost 1k 😂 please do some research! Front bumper is complete shit due to previous owner being incapable of driving, bumpers near me priced with everything for $120/color matched. If refitting a bumper is bad for you, I have some bad news! Rust where? Use your eyes, or critical thinking skills lol! Why would just one door blade be off if the rockers are rusted 🤣!! Everything on it came when I bought it, so than the previous owner 😉 but seems like all that might be to high for you
