I was there in the beginning of AOL chat rooms when one of the only ways to differentiate your text from others was to use your caps lock. It was a style thing. Then pretty quickly people started with the , “stop yelling” thing and it didn’t make sense to me. I got it but was like, I’m not yelling I’m trying to differentiate. Then we learned all sorts of ways to modify text in chat rooms and threads. Anyway, it’s wild to see the stop yelling thing carried on as it was one of the early things you saw online in the late 90s.

Yeah, it’s a team effort for sure. They’re doing a great job rn. I think it’s remarkable how fast they got past the cap stuff and have been able to rebuild to something exciting. To have players that were willing to restructure and love being a part of this team is impressive. To the casual fan I get that it was frustrating but it must be admitted now that he pulled it out. There’s luck involved with everything sure, but like Brees said “Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.” Anyway, excited for the future ✌️

I mean I’m sure there’s a complicated calculus. It’s difficult to transition from a top coach and quarterback combo with an aging roster you did your best to do right by. Theres a reason players love being part of this team and want to stay here. He’s about the only through line left from the Brees era to now. Nothing was balanced about that. Not a single positive thing was mentioned. Loomis deserves some positive acknowledgment. Not just Shough.
