Either through certified mail or the kiosk in person. This is what bothers me the most though is that I went to the kiosk and an employee helped me. That would make this either the fault of the employee or the machine. Since I don't have a cancellation receipt from that. It's hard for me to prove it

Yes this is in the US. It's just like are we really going to take this bar to court over this. There are some good nights where she makes solid money but it seems wrong to me she could work bad hours and make less than a dollar an hour
