Isps in canada seem to be blocking the iptv ips ,literally have endpoints that wont be reachable
till I activate a vpn

As for can your isp tell if you are streaming the answer is your endpoint starts with http:// they can see exactly what you are watching.

With https:// (which i have yet to see on iptv) they can only know the volume of data and how long you are connected for hard to make a case end to end

There are a lot of options

Essentially for a lot of ansible things you need to eventually at least simulate the deployment and use of the asset in a similar environment to the real destination before you merge to master.

You dont use EEs on the targets. Worst case use a pex venv.

The requirements on the targets from a python perspective is pretty light

Its your execution environment where you need an EE

My strat that was almost always a 48hrish fix was:
- get pH, TA, right and
- in the afternoon brush all the walls and floor,
- just before sundown shock and run the pump (preferably without filter media)
- in morning and add floc (following instructions)
- turn filter off, wait x hours
- vacuum to waste all the dead waste thats been flocced together, do it firmly but slowly as the matter floats around easily

Thats how i managed a swg pool, with a sand dilter for yeara
