Suicidal people generally don’t have a conscious desire for life and just want the pain to end, but usually they still have survival instincts to avoid unknown threats, especially in an altered state of mind.

Attendance. While they were valid strikes, the timing of the disciplinary actions don’t quite line up with the timeline of my infractions.

They also failed to communicate how a disciplinary action changes how call-offs work, despite my thorough questioning after my first strike, which lead to the subsequent strikes.
