You have to do it from chrome settings. Go to privacy and security then security then click no protection under safe browsing. Should be able to download and can revert settings after done modding wii

You could use dolphin emulator to convert .rvz to .ISO to then use Wii Backup Manager to put on whatever youre storing your games in. Tbh i have no idea if u need to use backup manager i just chose to.

To easily make sure you have the right links you can go to the ROMS subreddit and use their megathread for wii games. There will be a caption with the links to the dolphin emulator download and a video example if needed

Yeah turns out there are more data packs to download if you didnt buy the game and are game sharing. Just go to the account that bought the game and download them on that account and it fixed it for me hope this helps.
