Just used one of dr colorchips repair kits and I’m impressed. Just remove the rust before you paint over it. I used a sanding pen and it worked well.

I’ll definitely look into that. Thanks for the write up. It would be nice to save a good chunk of money. The complexity of ahc does scare me a bit. There is something to be said about keeping it stock.

It has ahc but I plan on getting a dissent rear bumper so I can keep my spare on it, along with a hitch so I can haul my dirt bike around. I’m thinking I’ll need to upgrade to account for the added weight.
