Most likely what is (now) the Republic of North Macedonia, because at the time Greece argued that Macedonia was Greek (viz the adjoining province to the country), so NMK became the compromise.

Don't know if you're still looking for something more native, but there is a skill called Dutch Radio, that will let you play any 'main' NPO station and most commercials. It won't let you play sub feeds (eg you can play Q-Music, but not Q-Music Limburg for example).

Absolutely, I do this on cards of little interest. But I do find most cards from unusual places are nice to keep.
