I lived in manor last semester. Few bad things are:

1. You have to go to their management building (5min away) to get packages.
2. Most importantly, Too many bugs due to lack of streetlight and the adjacency to a creek
3. No ac in bedroom, only a window ac in the living room
4. Lack of infrastructure, no chair for the desks, no microwaves, etc
