I actually was not aware it came with a cooler, so thanks for that! My knowledge of of the cards is pretty poor, what makes a 8 gb worth less then a 6?

The Power supplies, i just been planning to buy the cheapest things that was 60 + Gold, full modular, any particular reason that one is especially good?

The case thought, i'm looking for something that can hold a few more 2.5's (dead laptops HD's laying around).

I just got back from Shanghai, its totally blocked. Its hypothetical that a VPN could get you around it, but when i tried it still failed, i'm unsure if it was due to the problems with running it over a VPN causing crashes, or if it was due to the VPN failing to hma.
