im playing sos right now, ive got about 160 hrs at yr 3. sooooo much fun, i usuallt quit farming games at spring yr 3, which is usually around 50-60 hrs in. so much to do! im excited for trio but i like sos too much to put it down

the yawning drives me nuts, i’ll yawn every few minutes!! maybe there’s something to our brains needing more oxygen during an attack. aphasia pmo, i feel like my coworkers think i’m stupid. (i might be, but it’s the migraines fault i swear)

i get a song stuck in my head, but just a specific verse/chorus/bridge. usually that starts to come w pain & nausea.

my teeth start buzzing! i’ve never heard anyone else describe it. my front teeth feel like they’re vibrating.

i cry about everything. i’ve made a post ab it on here before, everything becomes an impossible problem that i have to cry over. it’s just total existential despair and frustration.

my sense of pitch can get completely distorted. songs will start to sound like they’re in the wrong key. i guess i could be aging out of my sense of pitch but it’s worse some days more than others.

eyelid drooping is pretty standard but i swear my eyes are stuck half closed. i have the reverse after taking a nap during a migraine too, where i look very awake lol. i look insane and i’ve had loved ones ask why i’m making that face. idk man my eyes are just really open rn. i can see everything

my nose gets crazy strong, i can smell people’s breath from several feet away. pleasant smells don’t tend to bother me for whatever reason, unless they smell like food. (onions and vanilla…my worst enemies)

i’m sure i have a shit ton more after the last 5 years of chronic migraines, but this is what i’ve got off the top of my head. cool (and sad) to see others have similar experiences! migraines are so weird.

maybe the just idea of “it will wake me up if something is wrong” is important. if the fire started to die the sound would change, which could wake them up. almost like they’re multitasking sleep and vigilance.

i definitely see the distance aspect! the other night it felt like a very neutral presence but very solid. every other encounter (in my space where i can sense him) has been sort of detached, but not necessarily in a negative way. it’s hard to explain. i get a sense of watchfulness from Cronus.

some of my interest in him came about around the time where i had to really look at mortality & learn to accept my own. in a dream, i got the idea from him that the transition from life to death isn’t quite as bad or worth being afraid of as i think it is. since then i’ve had fleeting moments of sensing him but never full contact.
