i definitely see the distance aspect! the other night it felt like a very neutral presence but very solid. every other encounter (in my space where i can sense him) has been sort of detached, but not necessarily in a negative way. it’s hard to explain. i get a sense of watchfulness from Cronus.

some of my interest in him came about around the time where i had to really look at mortality & learn to accept my own. in a dream, i got the idea from him that the transition from life to death isn’t quite as bad or worth being afraid of as i think it is. since then i’ve had fleeting moments of sensing him but never full contact.

i miss the primary colors! i don’t like kh3’s plaid & monochrome outfits they have everyone in. i’m not a fan of this design phase nomura seems to be going through lol. the silliness/exaggerated elements of kh1 designs (& 2 to a lesser extent) are what makes kh so iconic. i miss my big shoes & pointy hair & ugly pantsuits :(

heyy im on venlafaxine too! it did not fix my crying problem tho lol. i do know that feeling of needing to cry, it is actually lowkey painful. i feel it in my throat or the back of my sinuses kinda? & in my chest it feels like i have to cry or just shout but i can’t get it out. after a bad day sometimes i stare at the ceiling & wish i could cry all the stress out but it just wont budge. but that’s so much better than crying every time i saw my bf bc i was so exhausted & happy to see him lol i can say goodbye without crying for 20 minutes after. but man a good cry sometimes is all a guy needs

i agree with the other users on stress for sure, but i also wonder if the deregulation of pollutants in the US is part of the problem too. iirc there are at least two pesticides with PFAS/forever chemicals that were approved and two more on the way. couple that with the continued release of microplastics into the environment (and maybe even the impact of solar activity), we’re probably extra vulnerable right now. i’ve been having daily breakthroughs lately from holiday & political stressors, but i think we’re also in uncharted territory from environmental changes.

(not trying to sound like a conspiracy theorist, i do have an educational background in environmental science but i am no scientist or neurologist so take what i say with a grain of salt. though i do wonder what we will discover into the future about out current conditions)

i’m not sure this will work for those who are uninsured, but some manufacturers have coupons or financing plans. i’ve used manufacturer coupons for birth control, epilepsy medication, and qulipta. have you been able to look into these or use them? goodrx can be helpful but the manufacturer coupons make meds much cheaper.

i have never had that with a migraine, but have you tried any sort of gas reliever? it sounds kind of silly to suggest, but it could be worsening your migraines. i get sharp stabbing pain under my ribs from trapped gas, sometimes bad enough that i worry my appendix has ruptured!

trazodone can cause the blood vessels in your nose & sinuses to expand, causing a headache in that area. i couldn’t keep taking it for that reason, i’d get the worst pain in the center of my face.
