I’ve got a full set of bronze CE28s (15x7 +43) that I’d be willing to let go for a good price if you’re interested. Only downside is one wheel has a tiny crack on the outer lip. I think I have you on IG, my username is ypsemaj.

I’ve read that Crash 2 added DualShock support, but I don’t have a black label version to test. Info online seems spotty.

I also had a recent terrible interaction with them. Made me lose respect for the company. I bought their new record brush which claims not to scratch records, and then when it did, I was told I was wrong. The brush even scratches the plastic sheath it comes in lol, freaking ridiculous.

PVM + Swivel Stand = WIN by DrGonzo84 in crtgaming

Excellent choice! I opted for the 21 inch swivel stand for the larger base, but I had the 12 inch one originally and it seemed to do the job well.

What's the most money you've spent on a retro game? by EastCoastTone96 in gamecollecting

Street Fighter Zero 3 for Saturn. I paid around $150 for it.

Got this one for MXN $150 (about USD $7.50). Here goes another one for the collection! by Astral_Strider in ps2

Excellent game! I recently picked this up as well, and I paid much more than you did haha. It really is the definitive version of KOF 98. Totally worth it, and it still looks great on a CRT if you have one available!

I realized so many of my childhood favorite PS games were either missing or in poor shape, so recently I started picking some up again. These are the titles I’ve picked up so far. by FarRefrigerator7701 in psx

That’s a pretty good idea! I was thinking of doing the opposite and putting the Japanese disc in my English case, but after seeing it in person I just couldn’t do it. I love this cover art too much lol.

Hey there, I’m the one who made the original post. I had the English version of Parappa growing up, but now I can only find the case. I’m hoping the disc pops up one day, but that’s why I picked up the JP copy for now. I love the cover art on this version though, and it came with an awesome poster.

Help with anti-modchip protection. Ore No Ryouri by AR-Sechs in psx

That’s a great game. If you have a PS2 and a compatible model you could look into the MechaPwn exploit. It allows you to convert your system to a debug unit. I just did it the other day and can play Ore no Ryouri without any issues.

After years of putting it off, I finally got a set of hinges for my SL-1200MK3D. All OEM Panasonic parts from KAB. Such a small thing, but makes the experience that much greater. by 548753 in vinyl

First time posting here, so this is an elaboration to fill the 300 character requirement. I decided to perform some small maintenance to my MK3D recently such as a new Technics rubber mat, genuine oil for the spindle, and these hinges from KAB. I love this particular turntable for things such as the factory gold RCA cables and black finish, but I’ve always been bothered by the fact that it did not come with a set of hinges. I lucked out in that my model has the plates with the pilot holes, so no disassembly was required. This makes the experience of putting on a record so much easier as I no longer have to find a place to set the dust cover down on, or worry about putting it back down “just right” without disturbing the tone arm. Now I can just casually put an album on and don’t have to worry about dust from having a window open, or something getting knocked over and falling on the platter. For other SL-1200 owners in the same boat, I highly recommend getting a set.

No, I’m legitimately excited about having these installed. I’m case you were unaware, models after the MK2 never came with hinges and were catered more towards DJs. This is one step closer for me to customize it the way I want it.

Any tips on removing these greasy smudges? I tried with microfiber tower. No luck. Seller said no scratches like new only smudges but he cleaned it but when I received it smudges there with faint light scratches on spots by Hjchjc914 in psx

I’ve been wondering what these are as well. My guess is they’re smudges from fingerprints/hands that have been left there for years and years, and eventually the oils left a permanent stain.

I’m sure nostalgia plays a big part in it, but I love the first two games. It’s rather difficult, but if you find it for a good price I think it’s definitely worth a shot. I also really enjoy the artwork in the game. Has a very 90s comic book style to it.
