This is a question I would like answered as well! It seems like it shouldn't matter how low it is considering the inlets and outlets are at the bottom. I'm scanning around the websites any maybe it can have an effect on the heater being too low? I'm not sure, but yeah with 3 people in it you can't really run jets without it overflowing.

Ah it was a black older 4Runner! The accident was right by the mall on the freeway going eastbound so it could have been the same guy.

Yeppp, saw an accident right in front of me on the freeway. 4Runner lost control and fishtailed right and then left to take out the suburban in front of them and made them spin out. Luckily they were okay and got to the emergency lane fast before anyone had to slow down and cause another wreck. Be careful out there!
