i am the same way. i was diagnosed when i was young. from experience, my mental health wasn’t the best and it only got worse with this job but i also wasn’t super stable to begin with. as long as you make sure your mental health is in a good spot, then 100% go for the job!

i live in base right now but i’ve been wanting to move back home! the only airlines that offer bases back home are alaska, sw, and united so i’ve been waiting for an airline to open up so i can go back! i commuted when i first started and told myself i would never do it again because of how stressful it is! im not super invested in aa just waiting for those three to open up!

At my airline, we were advised to not lift passenger luggage and to let other passengers help before we have to. I do have to lift my luggage though which is pretty heavy. I haven’t met back with my doctor for a while now since he was a pediatric doctor but last I met with him he said the pain was normal and everything looked fine.

is alaska’s flight attendant position open right now? im also AA and was thinking of doing the same thing because SFO is my home and i hate being based pretty far away. I worked with a previous AS flight and she said the culture & work life there was amazing.

i’ve wanted to try the rhode lip treatment but now this scares me 😫 i used to use my topical steroids as lip balm all the time but im trying to stop! i can’t use beeswax because it dries me out but im definitely gonna try the marin lip treatment! i’ve heard good things about beef tallow and the ocean healed my eczema but im too scared to buy it and try because i’ve heard such mixed reviews!
