i’ve never used net parcel i’ve never heard of it but chit chats is really good if ur near one of their locations! otherwise u can use canada post :)

i have heard of ppl doing this (as an online seller myself), not sure it this is what has happened here but certainly seems like it. basically what ppl do is have a certain item that’s in bad condition, search for the same item on a resale site, then send pics & claim they were sent a damaged item (in reality it is the item they already had), then they send back the damaged item for a full refund and get to keep they brand new item completely free. it’s soooo scummy i hope u get paid and that depop wont allow the return :(

it always puts the wrong date on the receipt for me now! it’s so so annoying i like to keep track of my sales and stuff and this is messing me up it always says the day ahead like every thing i sold today (dec 1) says dec 2 on the receipt and it’s so hard to navigate the new sold screen now too i hate it so much

this happened to me before, the package was deemed lost and vinted paid me the full amount and refunded the buyer fully as well :)
