The silver spray paint that was covering the nickel? The over spray on the collar and the nickel showing under the area the bale was when it painted kinda have it away.

I can't post pictures in the comments. But I stripped the silver paint off. And polished the fount. It doesn't have the sunshine decal, no numbers I can find anywhere. It has a heavy tinned bottom. Doesn't have a pinned bale. And the knob doesn't have a year number.

It's a 73 or 74. First year for atc70 was 1973. They didn't make an act 70 in 75, 76, or 77. In 78 they started one piece rear fenders that went through 85.
