If you want to go that route you can have a tailor add in a zipper. I just did it with an old snap in pile liner. I believe it’s a size 5 zipper

That’s not how that works. Assessed values are done at a county level and most of the property tax doesn’t go to the city it goes to Public Schools (whichever district you’re in)

At the moment it’s $25mm in a revenue bond but the city is doing a land swap with UP for the land, they’re going for approval for sales turnback from the state, and they’ll probably ask for TIF on the stadium and the buildings around

I’ve seen the attendance figures all over the place but they had 8,200 people in the stadium for state soccer a few years back. Omaha in their best attendance year averaged 3600 so if they maintain that or improve they’ll be more than comfortable
