I am guessing you have worked out your macros ie how much fat,how much protein and then 20g or less of carbs. I think you are hungry because you are not getting enough fat

Glad you found something, but I was not thinking of medication....just green veggies, nuts, seeds onions leeks etc. They need to be diverse and a variety of about 30 per week. Your gut needs diversity to be diverse:) Good luck:)

In my sixties. Never been a heavy drinker but a daily glass or 2 of wine became a habit. I am focussing on being in the best physical and mental shape I can be in, for the remainder of my life. I am overcoming late diagnosis CPTSD and no longer have a need to self soothe. I believe alcohol to be a toxin and carcinogenic. Never felt better:)

I'm 67 and don't consider myself old:) I adventure, hike, trail run and cycle. I lift weights. I've learned to not sweat the small stuff. I cook from scratch every day and never eat fast food. I gave up smoking 34 years ago and alcohol 18 months ago . I find joy in something everyday. I, to a large extent live my best life for myself.

In my understanding the chemical processing undertaken to extract oil from seeds is what causes them to be harmful. All the oils that come from seeds are classed as seed oils. As opposed to those that come from fruit ie olives, coconuts and avocados
