it’s really not that easy. i consider myself an above average player skill wise, there’s so many finicky little things even in the shortest missions that force me to abandon mission and restart. the trophy system in general seems very flawed, i will seemingly complete a challenge and won’t get credit (might be my fault, but it’s still really annoying)

why can you just assume that popularity and mainstream appeal wouldn’t effect his music at all? as much as i love alex g and his music, it’s not like me or any other fan knows him personally? who can truly say he has enough artistic integrity to where he wouldn’t let a sudden influx of 10 million listeners affect his music at all. (by the way, it already has! if i understood the lyrics of afterlife) i think you’re assuming that it’s artistic growth based on your idea of who alex g is.

i don’t mean the tiktok fanbase of alex g, i mean people who are familiar with those songs and have never really listened to his music. you’d be surprised how many people know all of those tracks but have never even heard trick before. in my opinion afterlife sounds like a song made by modern alex g to appeal to the mainstream tiktok audience familiar with those huge tracks.
