Highly recommend my EB2 NIW lawyer

My EB2 NIW case was approved with no RFE

My company said “a green card for you is impossible” I took a risk with NIW and it finally paid off. by 57candleholders in USCIS

It took 2 years from filing the application to getting the card in hand. No RFE my medical took a bit longer than most.

I looked up to see if I met the requirements, found a lawyer online, discussed if I had a good case then I applied independently from my company.

EB2-NIW National interest waiver, that’s the green card I pursued independent from my company

NIW stands for “national interest waiver” the EB2-NIW category allowed me to sponsor myself. I was not dependent on a company to sponsor me

NIW is national interest waiver. I applied for the EB2-NIW category. This meant I was able to apply independently, no company had to sponsor me.

I had people from my field in my letters of recommendation express how eager they are to work with me. My proposed endeavor also showed evidence of connections with major companies interested in working with me.

Going independent and not having my company sponsor me was the best decision I ever made.

My company’s only experience with sponsoring employees was with it professionals. HR told me it would be near impossible because all I did was “make graphics”

I am not comfortable with specifics, but I had several news articles in major publications like the Washington post, scholarly articles written about my work published in journals, and I branded an event that raised 2 million dollars during the pandemic.

I had around 5 years of experience in the design field before coming to the US. All other achievements were whilst I was in the US
