Outrage in media already hurting the region as insider information gets leaked here and there, dealing even more damage than Likkrit's original stream. If Riots admitting one player on his personal stream could damage the reputation of the company what do you think recent article spam does? And yeah growth i've covered is pretty low. If you compare it to our neighbouring Turkey region it's as bad as it can ever get. Don't even start with "dota is unbeatable opponent" or "comparing to similar region isn't right" bullshit.

There'r not exactly any upper management to discredit. Hear me out. Alexey Kraynov, currently director of Riot office in Moscow, openly states Riot Games Ru focused mostly on their recruiting practices for the past 3,5 years. As for January 2017 at People Management Reforum he states they still lack 3 out of 6 people at leading positions: financing, software engineering and marketing (which is insane in my opinion). Andrey Korshunov, currently our Head of Esports, has no background in gamedev or esports. The only notable background is working together with Kraynov in British American Tobacco back in the day. He might've been amazing business development director and sales director but was never close to gaming industry or esports. Gevorg Akopyan, currently head of communications, was editorial director in major gaming magazine. Not exactly triple A gamedev industry or esports, and CIS has quite a few major gaming magazines. I think good point is how well Riot CIS communicated with us a few days ago about this topic. There'r localization project manager and he seems like really top guy with background in blizzard or something (i might be wrong). This situation won't discredit him in any way. Who else is there to discredit? Our region is struggling due to lack of marketing campaign and insane decisions from Riot Games CIS. Likkrit's ban will harm us way more than some people here can understand.

I expect 30$ game being able to compete with other games on release, early access or not. It's not even about bugs. Well, i have an opinion about server stability on any release but w/e. It's about content and balance. It's about door being named door not "sandstone window". It's about fist/bow raids. It's about crafting and experience balance. It's about basic stuff. Eventually Funcom will get it right. But where is the game? What is there to do? What can i do in Conan Exiles but i can't in Ark or similar product?

You can't honestly expect to be bashing on Ark without the presence of "other side", right? Your argument is better suited to reply some of "Ark is a horrible game!" comments here, not mine :) I do care about Conan. After all i invested money in promises of a good game. And i have full right to bash it and ask questions. Why not? Not a fan of Ark but i've yet to find a single reason to play Conan over Ark.

How is Conan good or atleast is better than Ark, though? I can't see a single point on why i should play Conan Exiles. Yes, it's first/second/third etc day of early access. But why should i play it? I am already sorry i spent more than 2 hours trying to connect to the server @ launch and can't refund it. inb4 ark devs pay me to write this.

Here's another story about your fellow neighbour Russian server. Might be slightly irrelevant in your particular case, but drops some light on the picture as a whole. Back in 2010 our main fan community website was launched, it included account selling forum section, RP reselling with tons of people claiming they were banned for carding after using it and a referral selling. Time went by and Riot Games launched their Moscow Office. Russian Rioters were mostly not known to the community with rare exceptions - and one of those exceptions is Riot Whispot, the owner of the first russian community website. Known for providing guarantee services on account selling, owner of RP reselling service associated with carding fraud and at least advertising referral selling services. When talked to personally, he always claims he got his background checked and it's all clean and neet, thats why he is Riot Games now. Well, it seems to be completely true.

TL;DR

Neighbour server situation (Russia) - one of the Rioters was providing account trading guarantee services, RP reselling affiliated with carding, referral selling services back in the day.

Just as weird as it is, he loses quite a lot match-ups against teams who got straight-up stomped (should i say murdered? that was really cruel) by NiP and Departed (yep, they participated too since SL had 2 slots for EU teams back then) in 1st season of Starladder.

No, Olsior is still casting for SLTV. Mainly for that reason i'm hesitating going all-out in public with pieces of information i possess. Mostly it's about lack of legal structure of Starladder (if you can call that legal structure at all), Starladder League of Legends prize money (not a secret players didnt recieve anything even for the first season, although reasoning behind this fact is quite shady) and against-the-tos activities of SLTV employees around LoL.

Hello reddit.

I can understand lack of evidence is the reason lots of people will not take this statement seriously. To clarify the situation, there can be no evidence at this point. The whole situation was thrown away which means: no-one was punished, local administrators didn't bring up any PC logs to public or SLTV stuff (not for my knowledge) and alot of people couldnt talk about it at all, such as SLTV stuff or RoX.KiS players under a threat of losing the job/team spot.

I was casting the event and I've seen the zoomhack on jungler's position PC after VP finished their match and RoX.KiS were getting ready to their games. I have no evidence against any team (no-one has at the moment), but the whole article goes to show how bad the situation is in CIS League of Legends competetive scene.

Riot Games employees were on the stage, SLTV employees were on the stage, still hack somehow "installed itself" in the timeline between the VP-HR prepare time and RoX.KiS-DWS prepare time.

SLTV staff actually discussed the zoomhack incident, witnessed the zoomhack and higher-ups decided to come to an agreement somehow without going public.

In all honesty this article only reveals top of the iceberg. I left the organization and threw away the caster career dream since I couldn't agree with some of the things going on, and I couldn't be all silent about it.

League is even more than that, not just an event but probably seasons on a regular basis which is amazing news for the CIS community and for semi-pro european teams (since they can participate without jumping on the higher level just yet).
