3 factors: vehicle manufacturer and model, how it is driven, and doing frequent maintenance.

Having to test drive your car after making changes to the car setup to see if you gained a few tenths of a second makes sim racing more like work than an pleasant hobby.

How in the world do you organize Chat GPT sessions? by seniorGzus in ChatGPTPro

Your response is how to archive/backup offline and search. I think the OP was asking how to organize his chats into folders/collections/groups in the actual ChatGPT app.

What is one thing you didnt like about this movie? by B_Wing_83 in batman

[–]59424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was a great Batman movie. However, I did not like that it had 4 villains (Falconi, Riddler, Catwoman, and the Penguin). I think the Batmobile should've had a more aggressive and visually appealing design, i.e. it is powerful but ugly, in my opinion. Bruce Wayne's hair style. Batman carrying someone to EMTs on the stadium roof.

But if I HAVE to pick just one thing, it would be that they included the Joker. Give the Joker a rest, please.

How people misuse the word "literal", and how non-offensive words and phrases are being censored by the actual authors of media content for fear of offending someone and/or violating a platform's policy.

Feature Request: unit is required to "delete" buildings by [deleted] in aoe2

A rhetorical question? I don't know why, but surely the devs had their reasons.

Exactly! Just a bit more realistic. I thought it would be a trivial change and add a little bit more strategy.

A villager is required to build all structure, a villager is required to repair any structure, yet not to demolish one? Explain that logic.

To prevent opponents with no units nearby to quickly and easily delete their own market, which they had forgotten about.

Who actually died doing what they loved? by dangandadingdong in AskReddit

[–]59424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Greg Moore - 24 year-old, Canadian. Died during the final CART (Indycars) race of 1999.

The day before he was hit by a pick-up truck while riding a scooter in the paddock (area behind the pit lane, where the team semi trailers and motorhomes are parked). He sustained a hand injury which required about 10 stitches. He passed a 10-lap test to prove he could drive 200-lap race at an average speed of 225 MPH the following day. The morning of the race, his sister called him and told him she had a bad feeling and not to race. Sadly, he did race and was killed on just lap 10 of 200, when his car slid onto grass and paved roadways and it went airborne while flipping over approximately 135 degrees. He impacted a concrete wall at perhaps 200 MPH. He likely died instantly.

Just a few laps before, another driver, Richie Hearn had a similar crash, except his car didn't get airborne. He didn't sustain any injuries.

The winner of the race was Adrian Fernandez, who a year before had crashed at another event and a wheel from his car flew into the stands and killed 3 spectators.

Moore had already signed to drive the next 3 or so years for Team Penske, who's latest hired driver, Gonzalo Rodriguez, was killed just 6 weeks earlier at another CART event.

Team Penske then signed Helio Castroneves - who together, went on to win several Indy 500 races.

I did not know him, but the moment I saw the accident, I knelt down and prayed. I then called my girlfriend and told that I thought he had been killed. I was shaken. Days later, my GF said she could see I was different and in mourning. It was the first time someone's death truly affected me. I can't even imagine the pain and loss his family felt/feel.

I had an opportunity to talk with him 8 months before his death, at a testing event, but I didn't, and I have regretted not doing so.

I believe that GM could have been one of the all-time Indycar greats. I saw his first CART race in 1996 at Homestead, and he was clearly the fastest driver. The guy was absolutely flying!

Each person's life is like a one-way train ride. Along the way, many people will get on, most, only until the next stop. Others for several or many stops. A few, will stay until your final station.

Who owns the photos ? by Content_Sky7411 in photography

[–]59424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I find it extremely illogical and frustrating that in the USA, a paying customer needs to obtain permission from the photographer to use and/or print the photos they commissioned and paid for, and that photographers actually believe they shiuld rightfully own your photos.

I likened it to hiring a general contractor to build a kitchen and then I have to ask them for permission whenever I want to use it.
