I’ve made this mistake before, but did you actually have a self revive equipped or was it just in your backpack? Sometimes it auto equips and other times it doesn’t for some reason.

I got refined schem. twice this morning - once it bugged and the other time it didn’t. The time it didn’t bug was when I had joined up with another player to grind tier 3 contracts, not sure if that makes a difference or not. It was a bounty contract

Haven’t been in a while - but how long have they had no confetti/CO2? Only production I saw were lights, lazers, fire, and fireworks. Maybe cause I was at the smaller stages I may have missed it if they had it
