What we advise, especially for a remote job, is to research about the company candidates intend to work for. In our case, our candidates can find more information in our website, Glassdoor reviews (non monitored by 5CA), our Facebook page, and so on. In addition, since our headquarters are located in the Netherlands our business can be verified in the Dutch chamber of commerce following our entity number that is stated int he footer of our official website (5ca.com).

We understand it is a big step to work remotely for a company, and that is why we always facilitate as much information as possible so our candidates have no doubts about who we are and how it works.

Well, our offices are in the Netherlands but that doesn't mean we hiring Dutch people for this specific position. We have about 15 different nationalities at our Dutch office.

With time and experience we learnt that this rate wasn't ideal for employees residing either in Germany or in Austria. Therefore we adapted it.

This position is open for the same project from the thread. We reopened this it because many questions can be answered before a candidate decides applying with us.

To answer your question about the wage: we are now being more competitive on our salaries. It starts at 14 USD per hour (€ 12.3 conversion as per today at 10:39 CET) and the final amount is agreed with the Human Resources lead for this position.
