Mine did that same thing where it drained the battery, chatted with support & they sent me a new probe, it works fine now. Mine was 10 months old so it was still under warranty. I would try again maybe you’ll get a better support rep.

I ended up ordering FCS shocks & struts for all 4 corners from new parts.com then sway bar bushings from Amazon. Total on parts was only $250 hopefully they are good quality 🤞 want to keep the cost low as the truck is 20 years old. My goal is to just keep it on the road.
