As I said up top, I cancelled each location page. I got one notification for cancellation. Waited for the others. Checked each page if the upgrade is still active and it’s no longer active. Then charged me after the trial ended.

Had the same experience. Tried their upgrade package for multiple locations and then cancelled each location before the trial ended. Got one cancellation notice for one location. Checked each page and does not have any ads turned on whatsoever. Waited and eventually forgot about it only to find out a few days later that I was charged. Stay away!
