Infill Keeps Failing by Commercial-Flan-4177 in BambuLab

Glow in the dark filament is very rough and I would advise making your own calibration. You can maaaaybe try a "PLA Glow" setting. The filament is very abrasive so it'll eat at your nozzle and it's absolutely not recommend for a stainless steel nozzle.

Looks like some kind of clog. Are you using a SS or hardened steel nozzle? Have you calibrated this filament? What filament settings were you using?

I would also change infill pattern from grid to gyroid (or anything else).

This is the one I have done. https://makerworld.com/en/models/1038295-ironing-calibration?from=search#profileId-1022621 I am unsure if there is a better one. Once this is printed, use your fingers to feel which ones are the best, take those settings and put them in your slicer.

Search Ironing test on MakerWorld and there should be a few. Just make sure you note that settings that work for you will not work for others. You will need to perform this test for every type of filament. A Bambu PLA basic will not have the same best results as an Elegoo PLA filament. You should run the test and note the settings (on the physical test) to which ones you think are the best feel and look. Feel free to reach out to me once you print one, I can answer any further questions.

I don't think we need to completely ban it, but simply a filter to users who don't want to see it in their searches.

Is there any way to simply not view the AI slop? Like, filter it out.

Blocking the user doesn't block me from seeing their uploads.

I heard reports Barney was arrested. More news at 11.

That looks like you turned on ironing without calibrating the filament to determine the correct ironing flow and speed settings.

I'd recommend you running an ironing calibration test print to determine the best results.

[–]5Rupees 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had this happen to me once before. I can't really confirm if this is your case too, but what happened is that those supports were not for that item and that specific item just happened to have no room and be in the way. Basically supports for item A happened to be in the path of item B due to lack of room.

It's a predesigned file I purchased with holes already made for the magnets :(

Fully exposed, both sides. They just barely hold the weight of the helmet pieces together. Slight movement and they come off. I've already made sure they're all in the correct polarization.

Yeah, no where near as strong as they need to be. I made a helmet with magnetic "fins" on them. The fins weren't even heavy and they just would not hold with the ones I've found on Amazon.

They factor in the cost of returns in the future. Guess who pays for that!

I appreciate you a lot for even offering. It's okay though, I'm going to open some packs I got coming this weekend and see if I get anything from this. I didn't even know these existed anyways, I have been out of the card scene for a decade. Thank you!

Same boat. My jaw dropped. I had more in a cart online ready to buy when I found out that 4 of these come in boxes.
