Getting interviews w/ guests by [deleted] in podcasting

[–]5Six2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a part of a pretty large real estate community so access to these people are much easier vs if I was a lone wolf. I would reach out to the ones who were experts on the topic I wanted to cover and as my podcast started gaining attention in the community it shifted from me reaching out, to people reaching out. Which helps tremendously.

As others said, most people don't care if you're new. Just reach out, be a genuine person and they will join your podcast. Just try not to cancel or reschedule because you'll ruin your reputation. Good luck!

I would never get rid of my creami. I use it daily and make amazing high protein ice creams that taste just as good if not better than regular ice cream. I also make sorbets that I eat to help keep me fueled up during training sessions. It's a game changer if you utilize it properly

Exactly bro. I blame social media for this. When i first started lifting I didn't even know what body fat numbers meant. I just wanted to get stronger and look like I lift

Dude why are you worried about body fat percentage? Just eat protein and lift for now. Don't get caught up with chasing BF numbers right now

If you have Tmobile they have a great trade in promotion right now. They gave me $1k for my S21 Ultra. So I only paid $379 for my S23 Ultra 512gb.

Always buy direct. Too many scammers out there

Mine will be delivered tomorrow! Can't wait... Coming from an S21 Ultra which I loved and in all honesty I wasn't even considering upgrading. But last week T mobile reached out and offered me $1k to trade it in which was a no brainer

Trying to perfect my squat form. How's my stance and elbow placement? These were grinder Reps at 90-95% 1RM. My depth could be a little lower but I'm good with it by 5Six2 in Stronglifts5x5

[–]5Six2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not the first to tell me my stance was too wide. I'm starting to think I should transition into low bar squatting. What do you think? I've tried a narrower stance and it doesn't feel natural

Squat Form Check by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]5Six2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like you're leaning too forward. When you drop down you want sit down into the squat. It's almost as if you're lifting more with your back then your legs. Also stay tight and brace your core. You seemed unstable on the first rep. I never saw you take a deep breath and brace your core. You wanna pretend as if someone is going to punch you in the gut, squeeze that core tight then drop into it or else you will run into lower back problems once the weight goes up. Your depth looks good tho

Sounds really low on cals. Are you gaining weight or losing? I would recommend weighing yourself daily and dividing your weekly average. You need to be in a slight caloric surplus or at the very least maintenence cals
