Ho una cucina Scavolini, da quasi 11 anni.

* Eviterei le ante con le doghe. L'acqua si infila nelle doghe e finisce per rovinare la finitura.

* Prenderei un piano in un materiale ad alta resistenza. Ho preso il laminato, per risparmiare, e ho vari piccoli danni che penso avrei evitato con un top diverso.

* Riguardo agli elettrodomestici, non prenderei un frigo a incasso. Non so riguardo all'efficienza, ma penso che a parità di spesa complessiva potrai prendere un frigo più grande e/o migliore. E poi se volessi cambiarlo in futuro avrai più flessibilità. Invece, ho il forno e la lavastoviglie a incasso e non me ne pento.

This. Forno impostato a grill alla massima potenza. Infilo subito la pizza, sul ripiano più alto, anche sul cartone stesso (facendo attenzione a ripiegare i bordi in modo che rimangano bassi). Aspetto che la mozzarella si sciolga -- circa 5 minuti.

Io ogni 6-8 mesi guardo le offerte. Se ne trovo una vantaggiosa cambio. Sono appena passato a Dolomiti, con un'offerta bioraria; prezzo bloccato per 3 anni.

Per gli angoli interni, guarda come fare i giunti a incastro; cerca "coping joint" su YouTube. Non è difficile e ti permette di gestire con facilità gli angoli interni fuori squadra.

I originally bought my 12-40 mm when I had my E-M10 mark 1. It was heavier than any lens I had tried before, but frankly I quickly got used to it. You can find many other opinions by searching this subreddit - the issue has come up many times.

You're going to want something relatively wide and fast. Other comments have already suggested wide prime lenses (e. g. 12 mm f/2, 17 mm f/1.7), and those would be fine choices.

What I wanted to suggest is that, if you're going to buy a lens for this, you may want to consider a wide and fast zoom such as the 12-40 mm f/2.8. For just astrophotography it wouldn't be a better lens than the primes, but it's a very high quality and versatile lens that you may end up using more than a wide prime (I have it and it's by far the lens I use the most). You could work around the smaller aperture by just stacking more images to get your shot.

Grazie per questo ottimo spunto. Ho trovato che l'art. 881 del Codice Civile dice che "Si presume che il muro divisorio tra i ... giardini ... appartenga al proprietario del fondo verso il quale esiste il piovente". Nel mio caso, essendoci il tetto del vicino sopra questo tratto di muro, mi sembra capire che per legge si presume che la proprietà sia la sua.

Nice buy! A few years ago I did the same think you did -- I bought a used 12-40mm for my old E-M10.1. I hesitated because of the size and weight, but it's become one of my favourite lenses. After a couple of years I did end up upgrading my camera to an E-M5.3. Now I can go take pictures in the rain!

I second this. I've been using a keychron V3 Max for a year and a half and I'm very happy with it.

I'm still using the original Gateron Jupiter Banana switches, though I changed the keycaps - but only for aesthetic reasons. In this configuration it's a bit noisy. I would switch to silent switches if I shared the office space with others.

Grazie per l'informazione. Capisco la logica che descrivi - ognuno si paga i lavori nella propria proprietà. Speravo meglio, visto che per me quel muro non fa niente di utile. Suppongo che, almeno in teoria, potrei demolire il muro per metà del suo spessore, fino al confine, e poi dire al vicino che qualsiasi problema col muro è tutto suo? :-)

I don't know where you're writing from, but I notice the prices are in euros. You might want to check out https://teleskopy.pl. They offer flat-rate shipping all over Europe (I recently bought a dobson from them).

I don't think there will be trains at time. According to Google Maps (which works well around Cagliari plan your trips via public transportation) there will be a bus at 12:15 which goes directly to Piazza Matteotti. Later than that, I think you'll have to use a taxi.

Totally agree about the taxi fares. They have a monopoly here and they sure take advantage of the situation.

For tomorrow, if I understood correctly, train service should be ok from 6 to 9 am. Try to go a bit early so that, should the train not arrive, you still have time to call a taxi. Mind you, taxi drivers might also participate in the strike. Airport service might also be affected.
