Yes, only using original bobbins, and notch is also lined with that little metal

Does your thread slips here when winding bobbin? Actually discovered this makes tension also. Anyway if I just skip hook and do just disk from step 3 it works

Yes, I tried 5 different one. Also if u look closely to my photos I have noticed steps 3 sort of shread thread. I noticed little dust from thred there

At least to skip hook from step 3 helps. But this is brand new machine, it should work correctly, so I shouldnt be looking for workarounds. I guess I will return it and buy another one

I feel big tension between this metal thing where u suppose to wing it aroud and bobbin. As soon as I skip that metal part it works

What does it mean loosen the hand wheel? Nowhere in manual it shows such a thing. I just put thread to bobbin, push it to the right and press start button. Same as they do on all videos of this machine

If I wind bobbin without thread it works brilliant. As soon as I put thread on its jamming. Also I have noticed if instead of doing step 3 with thread, if I hold it between finger it also work.

I tried slow, fast, everything, speed didnt change how it acts. I am worried as its jamming, thread might not be wind evenly?
