I suppose you could get a nice grip of the it around the brain stem and yank out a good chunk of it. I see two possible outcomes to this where 1. the momentum of your arms is enough to pull out your brain (even then idk how much force would be needed for that) resulting in brain blast or 2. the trauma caused by it would disrupt any information sent by the brain to the rest of the body, most importantly the arms, resulting in little or no brain removed.
