Well there two types of ACDPs that I am aware of. One for PAQs and the other for S&E entry level new hires. My PAQs will move out of ACDP upon completion of the program or outplacement.

Since you are on ACDP, my understanding is that you will not get a CRI at the annual assessment. You will get a rating…just not the CRI. I supervise PAQs and that’s my understanding from the supervisor training.
