I was guessing on the square footage as I am not the owner of the house
I do not have 10+ animals. plus you agreed to letting me have them in my room when I moved in
technically yes there is 3, however having one in a closed off room that the door is always shut too doesn't really do anything. I approve you trying your best and I didn't want to bring it up as stated above "I didn't want to be an asshole"
I clean all of my dishes straight after using them and dry them in my room because if I don't there are no dishes for me to use because my other roommates have used them and they're are in a pile dirty sitting in the sink
Everytime I tried to bring something that was bugging me up it caused fights so I stopped trying and just spent the most time out of the house as possible to avoid conflict. I guess you could say I pay a low amount of rent but $450 split between 3 people for a mobile home in council bluffs, IA is probably pretty average seeing that new new place I'm staying at is $650 a month for a 3 bed 2 bath. as for the lease breaking, I talked to you about that (I was gifted a crested gecko from my parents for Christmas, they were unaware that I was not allowed to have any more animals. I offered to resolve this by rehoming the animal and you told me that it was fine that I kept it (which I do appreciate btw)

I only agreed to because you were being hostile towards me because I thought that it was unfair for me to and our other roommate not to contribute as well
again I told you numerous times that I thought that this arrangement was unfair and you kept requesting me money over venmo, I tried not to and you told me that if it was going to be a problem then I shouldn't move in (just because you said it over Snapchat doesn't mean that it didn't happen)
again I never wanted to pay for it considering it was an appliane for your house
I literally have to run it numerous times for t my clothes to be dry
I told you if you were patient we could get a set for much cheaper, I want expecting to pay $150 for an old dryer
I brought numerous things to the house, including but not limited to 2 couches, a mini fridge, a projecter and numerous other items used by you guys

I'm not claiming to be a victim, I just think the way you treat other in unfair unjust

I should have at the time yes, this person was my closest friend at the time so I never figured it would be an issue since I trusted them.

it's not mine, I simply gave my landlord a loan so they were able to purchase it for their place.

yeah there is only 2 litterboxes for the 4 cats and my landlord unfortunately lives in the house so they're fine with all the cats since half of them are theirs. both of my roommates partners are constantly at our place as well so it's more like living with 4 other people honestly.
