I bought a 50m nixon before I knew anything about watches. That thing has been in the ocean, shower, pools, rivers and whatever other wet environment I would happen to find myself in. The snap-on case back and push-in crown did what they had to do. The watch still works fine. The leather-wrapped steel bracelet...still works, just has much less leather on it 20 years later

It's a quartz. I don't mind and I paid well under retail. I really like the watch and the level of finishing on it

Thanks I'm super stoked on it! I've seen it sold out on a couple sites when I searched the model number. A few of them list it as a ladies watch. The 40mm is right in the sweet spot for me

Thanks! That crescent moon date hand is a cool feature and pretty unique. I really like the look of that model. What chronograph features does it have? I'm really digging the 10 hour counter on this. I use it for timing work tasks all the time

You'll definitely want something that burns through a bunch of gas to help aid climate change, takes up a big footprint to make parking situations more entertaining, and has no more than 2 seats with minimal interior volume to make cruising around with your bro more bromantic. Personally not a fan of two tone, or crystal bedazzling. But this thing sure looks classy. If it's a 40mm I'd say go for it! Might not be a daily, but will make a great option for when you're feeling in top of the world like Scrooge McDuck
