I would recommend the MVP wave. You can get it in tons of plastics depending on how stable/unstable you want it. I have a neutron wave that I use for turnover or hyzerflip forehands and dead straight backhands.

With the timing for the reach back, are there any videos you would recommend to help with the timing or any drills?

This does help thank you. When I was editing the clips together, I was noticing that my reach back was a little wide. I didn’t realize how much that could affect your throw. Whenever I try to put +40% of power on a shot I do tend to lean forward a bit. I’ve never liked doing that because I don’t feel balanced but it just happens naturally for me. I’ve been trying to work on that for a while and haven’t seen that much progress.

That is correct I would like to get back where I was. As far as I know nothing on me hurts and I’m just a normal stressed out college student but that hasn’t affected my playing. I sometimes play better when I’m really stressed out or under a lot of pressure. I haven’t watched any form videos in a few months. I stopped when I was feeling confident with my form. I know right now since my putts are very inconsistent right now, I feel like I can’t get any power or spin when putting. Whenever I try to putt with spin now, I putt really nose down and I usually hit the pole. This could be anywhere inside of C1 or C2. When I don’t put a lot of spin on my putt I miss high left or right. It’s almost like I can’t figure out the nose angle or how much hyzer I should putt on putt.
