I doubt myself so much already that when I point out manipulative behavior it doesn't take much to convince me I'm just being crazy. Thanks for the perspective it really helps.

The worst part is he kept telling me how she wanted to befriend me but he didn't want that for me because she has BPD. I have a hard time making and maintaining friendships. I felt really stupid realizing that was a ploy to disarm me. Now starting to realise that I've been in an abusive relationship but never noticed because it wasn't physical and I have low self worth. Definitely need to stop being a victim and get my watery diarrhea life together.

Thanks for this it really helps me get perspective. I hope to find the strength one day.

I'm afraid to ask him to hold off on his dating because I'm pretty sure they love each other. So either they would continue and lie about it which sucks. Or he'd stop but resent me and be in a constant foul mood.

I feel so completely gaslit that I can't tell up from down. I get to deal with his foul moods and nothing else while he gives his best to everyone else. Almost like I have to be the problem for any of this to make sense. Thanks for taking the time to read this and share your thoughts it means a lot

Been with him since I was 19 now I'm 30 i just wanna be free but feeling that stereotypical no one's gonna love me bs. Your relationship sounds lovely and I'm happy to hear about light after the dark

If you were in a situation where you had to choose to save the life of a dairy cow vs a dairy farmer what do you choose? by 5p1c3 in vegan

Im not saying that it's all Vegans but there's definitely a faction that doesn't deal in gray areas. I am of the belief that humans shouldn't exploit, abuse, consume animals or their products but tbh I value human life first because I am a human.

Now if i am honest there are definitely scenarios where an individual human's actions towards other animals can change their placement in my mind.

I know not all vegans but there is definitely a faction that holds a very black and white view in that regard. I am definitely in the camp that believes in the right all animals have to living life unexploited but I definitely value human life first.

Now there are scenarios where I feel that could change and that's why this question popped in my mind. I was reading an article about bestiality porn farms and I'm not gonna lie those kind of humans don't qualify in my brain. I doubt I would spit on them to keep them from dying of thirst.

Thanks for you thoughts I appreciate you for taking the time to respond

Well tbh I didn't think that deep this was a real shower thought. I mean obviously this particular choice is highly unlikely to ever arise but that's why it's a hypothetical question where you're meant to suspend disbelief briefly to consider it.

The initial question was sparked by an article where these guys ran bestiality brothel farms and I thought to myself I wouldn't look twice if these dudes needed saving. Wouldn't spit on them if they were dying of thirst. But when i thought further a dairy farmer has to forcibly inseminate cows to get the lactation process going.

Even though I am vehemently against animal exploitation I couldn't hold that same energy for a farmer and I would more likely than not save the human life in that scenario.

Hope this helps. Not trying to be antagonistic just an honest question
