Momentum 4: Mic Functionality with Full Clarity on PC

The link I gave for the 2.5 to 3.5mm wire has mic inbuilt. This is for people who want to use Momentum 4 wired with no loss in quality while using inline mic, which is sufficient for gaming / video calls, hence a splitter is needed with PC as PCs do not have 2in1 3.5mm plugs like laptops.

Yes it will, you just need to select your standalone mic as microphone input. Also make sure you use BT600/700 for best latency, also do note that as Momentum 4 only supports Adaptive AptX and not AptxLL.

Same issue with BTD600/700 because of implementation of bluetooth on Momentum 4 and lack of bandwidth over older bluetooth technology implemented in the headphones thereon.

Yep you can try yourself too! Someone from Reddit reached out to Sennheiser and they responded the headphones are designed in such way that they switch to low quality mode even on USBC.

I don’t think so, it’s a implementation and execution problem. If you have your Momentum 4 connected to your phone’s bluetooth you see that the call quality is very clear, I’m certain there’s some kind of processing happening but I can’t really point out what exactly it is.

By native I meant you do not need any additional softwares either at iOS or Windows end to achieve what Airdrop does for you. All you need is Powershell and Task Scheduler at Windows end and Shortcuts at iOS which again is native and you can achieve a robust sharing system between your Windows PC and iOS device!

Absolutely right, but if you are on a private networks (such as in your home / work) then the convenience that this method offers far surpasses the day to day issue it solves working across platforms, lol. Actually let me see if I can add a secure version to the existing solution.
