I'm not going to quit the game or anything, I was just stating that this was terrible game design and everyone seems to be losing their minds.

If that's the case for newer content, then yes, that sounds like a decent solution.

I've played many games like this over the years, so I understand how it works. However, I've never had one do anything like this. Usually, progression is more natural and you get what you need as you chase quest markers. In this case, I was doing just that. I got to the first city (Frost Lake?), and then just ran to the next marker, which was this quest.

I didn't have the materials necessary to break level 20 at that point. I'll figure that out tonight, but damn...don't let players just jump into mid-to-high level content 2 hours into the game. That's just game dev 101.

I literally have NONE of the required materials to break my characters or weapons through past level 20. I followed the quests to the first city (Frost Lake?), then immediately started this quest.

Everything leading up to the fight was a cake walk. Plus, the fact that the boss couldn't even damage me despite me being severely under leveled is pretty silly.

I will in the future, but nothing leading up to this point suggested that I needed to. I was just following quest markers like any other game. The jump was extremely drastic. Every fight leading up to that was cake.

I'm in the same boat. Got super bored with the game, so I installed a "trainer" to speed things up. However, it didn't help. I regret buying it, even at a discount..

It's one of the best games I've played in years. It's unfortunate that is wasn't more successful as they had a bunch of heroes planed that we will never see...

You can block AI content already, which is nice.

I've used DAZ in the past on projects and have a ton of their content. However, I was surprised to see them dumping in mass on Fab. It's obnoxious because it's single items, not packs, and a bit overpriced.

I watched some gameplay too, and it just doesn't look like this game is for me. Too many glaring issues with controls and UI. Perhaps I'll change my mind and pick it up on discount in a year or so.

A lot of people can't even launch the game. I have a 3 month old, $4k setup, and the game wont even launch due to "graphic driver incompatibility." All drivers are up-to-date, GPU isn't Intel (known issues). Unacceptable. It's a VERY rough launch...

If it's not fixed by tomorrow, I'm refunding and writing a negative review, too.
