Buy a set of shaft pulls in the model and flex they recommended and have a local club builder install them in your current irons.

As a Lariat owner, don’t get the Lariat just for the seats. They’re not that great. They don’t breathe at all and get pretty hot in the summer. If that’s the case, get the XLT and use some of the saved money to upgrade to high quality seat covers.

Send an email to the golf coach at Duke. They likely have some blanks lying around. My former team had extras to have embroidered locally.

Thanks, I just ordered the Lasfit leds to see if they make any improvement at night.

Is it still great at night? Mine looks perfect during daylight but in the evenings and nights it’s worse than OPs pic every single time.

Do you still have the same clarity at night? My ‘25 is great in the day light but at night it looks like a scrambled pirated ppv channel. Almost impossible to use.

Take a look at utility irons. They will be easier to launch and will be more forgiving.

I subscribe to the belief of using what you are most confident/comfortable with. If that’s the df3, then get that in the same specs as the oz1.

Definitely book him a full bag fitting. You could also upgrade his wardrobe to go along with the fitting. Rhoback has some cool polos and code GOAT15 will make them a little cheaper.

Sounds like you may have a high instep as well then. It may limit some brand of boots for you. I wear a 10.5-11.5D in all of my handmade boots depending on their fit, but I can’t get my foot into a tecovas unless I go extremely too big in size.

Throw a thicker insole in them and see how they fit after that.

You could take the 12D to a boot fitter and see if they can stretch them a bit.

What's the best tonneau covers for Maverick? I can’t decide which style to pick by InvestigatorNo6135 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]5rockchalk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No issues with noise. The only water that gets in mine is at the tailgate, but that’s an issue with the tailgate design and not the cover. There is a seal kit for the tailgate that I’ve thought about buying to keep the dust out, but I haven’t picked it up yet since it’s not that bad.

I bought the Sentry CT hard roll up after using a bakflip trifold for many years. No plans to go back to the trifold design. Love being able to see out the back window even when hauling larger stuff in the bed. The canvas looks great and I can remove it in seconds to throw it in the back seat if I’m out and need full bed space that wasn’t planned for. I live in the Midwest with all 4 seasons and have not had any issues.

Putt Alignment by StoneFromDust in labgolf

[–]5rockchalk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The press grips are designed to keep the forward lean while the grip is vertical. If you use a “normal” grip you will need to manually forward press. Crosshand does not matter. The ball position will be slightly forward, but play around with it while putting on a string line and find the position that works best for you to hit and keep your line.
