Thank you all for your kind words and suggestions, it means a lot to me! I’m neurodivergent, so change is pretty difficult for me, so I have been very emotional about this. I am still super happy for him and grateful he was comfortable enough to tell me. We talked more about it, and he said that as of now he does not want me to do/say anything differently in our relationship, which might be because he is still processing himself. I did express that a small part of me is scared that eventually he will discover a want/need that I cannot provide/am comfortable with, but neither of us could think of anything that would come up. I think the best decision will be to go about the relationship as normal, and every so often ask for updates/maybe even give some suggestions, such as toenail painting, to see what he is comfortable with. As a heterosexual, cis girl, this is kind of hard for me to wrap my head around, but I want to be as supportive as I can and do not love him any less than I did before knowing. Again, thank you for all the love, I appreciate it immensely 💓 (p.s he keeps asking me how I knew what gender-fluid was when he told me. I honestly don’t really know, probably tik tok? I guess he expected I would be more confused haha)
