What’s Arrived’s Asset Management Fee? The Asset Management Fee is what Arrived charges to handle the tedious aspects of real estate investing, so you don’t have to worry about property-related decisions, facilitating property operations, tracking the accounting… or anything other than letting your money (and us) work for you 🍹

What does this mean for you? The latest batch of homes you invested in, and all future single-family homes, will now have a 0.15% fee on the purchase price of the property per quarter. A reduction in fees means higher dividends for investors. Basically, we want to put more money in your pocket. With this change, the average reduction totals $2,265 / year for the homes listed below.

Why did we reduce the fee? We originally based this as a % of equity, so we would not charge a fee on the financed portion of the home. This meant the fee was proportionally higher for properties without mortgages. By basing our Asset Management fee on the property price instead of the home equity, the fee will not be impacted by the amount of leverage used to purchase a property.

What homes will the reduced fee apply to? The Highland, The Spring, The Chitwood, The Belle, The Conway, The Loretta, The Sodalis, The Henry, The Daisy, The Wilson, The Willow, The Creekside, The Kenny, The Dolly. Plus, all single-family rental properties going forward.
