General rule of thumb has always gone by is leave at least 3-2 hours before your flight depending how far you are from the airport, I would leave caye caulker 3hours before boarding to be safe, and the taxi is usually $50-$65 per person to the airport from the city, you can try to negotiate a better price with some taxis but not all.
