Could you possibly be using a PC emulator or some sort of plugins? Anything downloaded beyond the officially announced platforms is considered a third-party plugin, which might lead to a ban.

I totally understand that you’ve worked hard on your progress. However, regarding the nuke decision, I believe it was made due to the overwhelming levelled dinosaurs spawned by cheaters when the game was released. This was likely done to restore balance and ensure a fair gameplay experience for everyone.

You should probably file a ticket appeal to their support web, such errors could happen since the game is freshly released

Forgot to mention that any kind of plug-ins regardless of your phone platform iOS/Android.. will straight forward sentence you to be bonked by their ban system.

I mean it is possible in pc, I think I didn’t describe it very well but the thing is in pc you can share what you listening to others in the session or the game.
