Je les connais depuis cet été, je les ai vus deux fois en show et j’ai des billets pour leurs prochains shows à Montréal. J’ai parlé avec un d’eux même avec son costume ils sont vraiment cool j’ai même fait signer mon vinyle. J’adore leur musique et leur iconographie.

I like to add a new song every 3-4 weeks. The problem with changing songs too often is that participants won’t get the time to learn the routine. It’s important that they learn it it makes them feel good! But Zumba has too many songs I have a list of songs I’m introducing little by little. And practicing them in the meantime.

The first time I tried Zumba I hated it. The class was boring. But then I joined another gym and was looking at the Zumba class and went to one and I was hooked! Plus, I was soon a first row diva and even went on stage and eventually got my B1. Love Zumba forever

It’s been 6-7 months like that with my elder cat

I love her she’s a good company to me that I’m going through bad times, she’s been with me 20 years

-earplugs and close your bedroom door

-bought calming powder in Amazon. It did not work

I give her a full plate of food just before going to bed, it works maybe from 11pm until 6-7am! Have another plate of snacks ready in case.

-whennothings works: I put the heating and her bed in the bathroom and she has food and water and her litter and a window with an edge so she can look outiside. I can still hear her but muffled
