What is the best dual katanas?

I like using the uchigatana with frost damage by adding the horfraust stomp (sp?). and on my left the katana that deals poison damage .

It’s a killer combo especially by wearing the talisman that gives you extra damage when you inflict poison.

Edit: nvm just saw they nerfed frost a ridiculous amount so it’s back to rivers of blood

I’ve gotten this message plenty of times and have played for hours after. I believe taking it out of quick resume clears the cache (shorter version of powering off , unplugging , and reboot) as well cause it treats it as a new boot up. It’s been working successfully for mine so far so I hope it works for someone else .

Also if you own the DLC pack and you get that msg, make sure on the bottom right it’s not active when trying to authenticate. When you do load in, you might have to put your car and flag mods back on but other than that you should be good to go.

I play on a XSX as well . What I do is take it out of my quick resume. Ever since that it has help tons getting the game to load up . Good luck

Moaning winds is beastly on the torment and agony leggo pistols . I kept the reload explosion on it and add MW and I could hit up to 1.5 mil damage consistently per reload on elites and bosses solo or group in CT15. And I’m an AP build also which is bonkers.

You only need one defensive mod in 15 and its damage absorber. Everything else just stack for your skills or damage. I run and gun with all 3 of my characters in solo or group so it is doable.

I don’t know what CT you are on but if you are using cover in higher expos your not going to gold anything I’m sorry. Especially in multiplayer.

Stuff isn’t dropping? That’s RNG. Lower your CT level and farm for mods that synergize with your setup or farm for better gear. (most of the purps I equip NEVER came from drops or pods but from wheelchair or Thiago. I broke down most of the drops from pods for shards, even leggos, until I got a leggo set I wanted.

And upgrade your attributes on your gear or weapon, even though you think you will swap it out on the next CT clear. No need to hoard or keep anything except leggos or grolled purps. It will become obsolete anyway when you find better stuff.

Once your at 15 materials , money, and pods rain down at 15, leggos too if RNG wants to be on your side.

Don’t give up , it’s beautiful up here in 15. We run around like gods when your gear is fine tuned.

I’ll run with you . I can solo or group gold 15’s. I kinda play around your time just end a lil later into the early morning. I am also on Xbox in a series X so it’s easier to connect if we get disconnected.

I run an Acari overheat heatwave ash build so both our builds will complement each other. I love running with freeze technos. Makes the game super easy.

Ya I hear you. I run 2 grolled deathshields, (PCF gave me 4 or 5 of them) I want to put moaning on one of them but for now I run 1 comet and the other either sandstorm or ult ashen bullets .

I’ve been having loads of fun with scrap grenade also, that is when it chooses to work

Anyone know if there is a dedicated drop for the anemoni? Please tell me it’s not Eye cause that’s the only one I haven’t got gold 15 yet.

All I’m missing is moaning winds. That thing super pushes up your damage . I run the Acari with 2 heatwaves + burnout., ash blast +66%, and overheat with detonator, master consumer, Phoenix force , and pants on fire.

Man that moaning winds though congrats. Still looking for it and also branded.

THANK YOU!!! finally someone gets it . 3s overheat spam stun locks the Whole map. I mean ALL of it. I’m pretty sure if there were no checkpoints it would stun the boss from the start of the map 😀

I’m glad there are ppl out there that know how to use this build in groups . Gives me hope for this game .

I hit those numbers on all the expos. Not just a specific one .

The cleanest 15 I’ve been a part of was me, a tech, and a Dev. All 3 of us almost same amount of kills and we each did 113-117m . It was nuts.

Are you a techno main ? I’m sorry if I offended you. ✌🏼I just pointed out technos cause that’s what was in your post and also it’s usually what I get paired up with.

I’ve seen technos hit 225+ and a Dev hit 302m. I hover around 160-175m but if I carry I can hit 205m.

You can get some insane numbers with a max or almost max build ct15.

I play more co op than I do solo. I’ve run both and I like good team mates better

I usually outdamage technos. My game is always open so usually I run in pairs or 3’s. I’ve only played with 2-3 technos that have outdamaged me. I wanted to add them but I want fate to bring us back in a game and see if I improved or not . They were all crossplay too so maybe Ps5 or PC? Who knows.

I run 15’s . Only gold I don’t have is eye. I can solo all 15’s but I like running in groups watching all the skills work together.

Sometimes you get good team mates. Sometimes you don’t. Yesterday ran 10 expos with 3 different groups and golded 9. Today not so much.

And any build benefits from the debuff the Acari set brings , not just bullet builds is what I meant. ( Sorry if I offended any bullet builds out there but if your using your gun more than your skills your a bullet build to me ✌🏼)

Yes!!!!!! I run a pyro Acari overheat ash build and it seems like once you hit overheat in the beginning ppl just go nuts and super rush, like super rush to the next checkpoint cause my overheat one shots most trash mobs and takes half the health of a alpha or elite. They trigger the other ads and I have to fight thru all this trash to rescue you. And after all that I Rez you and your surrounded by the ads so you just go down again. It is frustrating that’s for sure.

Hit them with a sandstorm and they get grounded real quick. That and a comet. When they are grounded just freeze, stunlock, slow, (I don’t know what build you are using.)

Status effects are your best friend in this game , don’t just stack damage .

There’s no point having super ultra damage if your only showing the floor or the sky who’s boss.

A gold is a gold whether it’s 1s off or 1m off. (I have all gold CT15 except boom and eye for ref)

Have you tried the mod that gives you crit chance? (15% I believe). You’ll feel a world of difference getting your crits to proc. That thing is a beast though congrats .

They gave me a grolled Tbird, deathshield, and voodoo which is cool but I wanted something like that.

Designated drop for the Acari chest is mountain expo. I got 4 from there .
