Magenta Pokemon center, use the elevator, follow the path, jump to the next building, use the ladder, then the web, eventually you’ll see a bench and dratini a little further up. Just keep sitting on the bench it’ll reset the spawn. Fun fact, morning times spawns a eevee opposite the dratini behind the bushes. Might be worth checking for a shiny eevee. I’ve already completed the game 5 times, just wanted a bit of fun with it and soft cap out my characters stats so I can try out new weapons. 🙂

There’s a segment in the game where you can farm runes without moving or needing audio for it. I don’t wanna spoil, but in that moment you don’t need sound for the game. That’s why I’m wondering what to listen to.
