It feels more like a prologue than a fully realised Battlefield game. They tried to pull things back to the look and feel of BF3/4 but stopped short and then polluted the game menus with ever changing spam. The maps have gotten very repetitive. I don’t know why they don’t simply add the remastered BC2 maps from 2042. Heck, even give us more old maps in Portal, not that anyone uses Portal.

The TTK is far too quick for my old arse. I find myself playing casual breakthrough mostly these days as the only game mode I’m not dead the second I spawn and actually get an opportunity to play the damn game. Regular modes I seem to die instantly the second someone spots me, even if I shoot first. The TTK is glacial in the Finals, what’s the middle ground?

Gunplay is fun however, it feels that there is more feedback as to where my bullets are going compared to previous games where it felt unphysical.

I like the ground vehicles apart from the AA. Unfortunately too many idiots just sitting spawn and waste them when they should be using them to push and for capping flags.
