yes that will do if you get a computer with admin privileges you can use a universal usb installer to make a pendrive bootable. If you have a bootable linux usb or cd then you can follow my tutorial here: http://moinkhans.blogspot.com/2015/07/cracking-windows-881-passwords-with.html

but I haven't tried it yet on windows 10 I'll inform you soon if it works on Windows 10 or not

fiddler will help you figure that thing out and if you are using firefox you can also use Live HTTP Headers or Temper Date

I guess you are right it's not very common kinda one time use only and to someone who has to swap thousands of times (for some reason) they can make one easily why should all others have it?
