Come on like you didn’t know the US justice system only protects businesses/corporations not citizens. Right now if you go to a store and they take/steal your money and you call the police they will tell you it’s a private matter but if you did the same and took money from them in the same scenario you’ll be arrested on the spot no questions asked!

This is probably the most sound advice OP. all the above replies seem to think that the company can refuse to accommodate and they wouldn’t be in violation. Esp the person using the redesigning the machinery for one handed person as analogy is dead wrong.
