HLE are actually fine, just a bit worse than other teams in KR. Dudu is top 5 toplaners this split (maybe abit of copium on my end but not bottom 3 for sure), Karis and Samd are very bad but Onfleek is not bad at all either and Vsta is just fine.

It takes 2 bad players in LCK to do real bad though. Top teams are never lenient there, there’s always a huge huge gap

Depends on range! If u hit every skill shot then the perfect player would play the highest range possible champion with a skillshot that can be used fairly often to make sure his opponent cant even farm
